उपकरणों से छेड़छाड़:- लोको पायलट व सहायक लोको पायलट माप यंत्रों, गति रिकार्डर और सेफ्टी रिले से छेड़छाड़ नहीं करेंगे। यंत्रों को न तो खोला जाएगा और न ही वेज लगाई जाएगी सिवाय उसके जिसके लिए त्रुटि निवारण नियमावली में प्राधिकृत किया गया है। यदि कोई चालक दल रिले को खोलता है या किसी उपस्कर का सील तोड़ता है तो लॉग बुक में पूरा ब्यौरा दर्ज किया जाना चाहिए।

Interface with Equipment:- LP and ALP will not tamper with the measuring instruments, speed recorder and protective relays. Relays or other sealed equipment should not be opened or wedged except as authorized in the trouble shooting manual. If a crew opens a relay or breaks the seal of any equipment, full particulars should be noted in the loco log book.

गति प्रतिबंध- 1. लोको पायलट और सहायक लोको पायलट को स्थायी और अस्थायी गति प्रतिबंधों की पूरी जानकारी होनी चाहिए। स्थायी गति प्रतिबंधों का उल्लेख व्यवहारिक समय सारणी में किया जाता है।

Speed Restrictions- 1. Loco Pilots and Assistant Loco Pilots must be fully conversant with permanent as well as temporary speed restrictions. Permanent speed restrictions are indicated in the working time table.

गति प्रतिबंध 1.अस्थायी गति प्रतिबंधों की जानकारी रनिंग कर्मचारियों को बुकिंग कार्यालय में निम्नानुसार दी जायेगी:- (一) प्रत्येक लोको पायलट और सहायक लोको पायलट को मंडल द्वारा जारी “अस्थायी गति प्रतिबंध” बुलेटिन पढ़ना चाहिए और निर्धारित रजिस्टर पर पावती के रूप में हस्ताक्षर करने चाहिए कि उसने उसे पढ़ लिया है ।

Speed Restrictions 2.Temporary speed restrictions will made known to the running staff at their booking office as under: (a)Every LP and ALP should study “Temporary Speed Restrictions” bulletin issued by the Division and sign the prescribed register in acknowledgment of having read and understood the same.
